  • If any problems occur such, as backorders or delays, we will immediately notify you via email. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. If you have upgraded your delivery, please know that there is still a 2 day production time in the factory.

  • Your satisfaction with your shopping experience on Aroma Pharmica is very important to us. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will refund both the purchase price and the original shipping cost to you, and pay to have the product returned to us. We believe in the quality of the products that we sell. If you are not happy with a product we will refund the purchase price. Please email us before you return the product at: returns@aroma-pharmica.com and let us know what the problem is. Merchandise, unless defective or damaged, is to be returned at the customer's expense. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
